"Room was amazing, simple and convenient. The only issue I had was I do realize check in time is 2pm but for the people with early arrival flights I wish they had some sort of way to notify us when our room is ready so we don’t have to periodically check in, we had to wait a good bit for our room but I did appreciate the free bag storage. Staff was also kinda eh, definitely not a great vibe for first time in Miami but hey the room made up for the lack of friendliness from the staff. "

"Everything was great over all other than housekeeping. The housekeeping staff needs a lot of work. We had to ask everyday for our room to be cleaned and restocked and even then it wasn’t cleaned and never restocked. Had to ask for extra towels everyday as well as clean glasses and coffee mugs as well as coffee. Poop staff were great as well as front desk and concierge’s."

"The location was good, and a nice walk to restaurants and shops. Woman that ran the front desk was great. What I didn't like was that there was no kleenex or conditioner available. Front desk said they were out."

"We had prearranged a shuttle to the cruise terminal. We had several problems with our transportation provider. It would have been much easier to use the transportation that you had available. Next time I will have to ask the hotel about transportation options."
